CANCELLATION
We reserve the sole right
to cancel your order under the following circumstances:
- In the event the
designated address falls outside the delivery zone offered by us.
- Failure to contact you
by phone or email at the time of confirming the order booking.
- Failure to deliver
your order due to lack of information, direction, or authorization from you
at the time of delivery.
REFUNDS / RETURNS
- Store/Seller Return Policy
is solely applicable on Weedeo App. Weedeo is only a marketplace and does not
interfere with the Store Return Policy.
- You shall be entitled to a
refund only if you pre-pay for your order at the time of placing your order on
Weedeo platform.
- You will be able to return
the purchased product either by walking into the store or by using the App
return process. Customer will be able to request for refund or
exchange.
- If you choose to return
the purchased product by walking into the store, (in the case of refund), let
the store approve the refund. Once the store makes the payment through the App,
you will receive the amount into the account/card i.e., into the original
payment method used by you. In the case of exchange, you can simply exchange the
product once the store approves. If rejected, no refund or exchange will be
done.
- You can choose to return
the purchased product using the App via its return option. Based on the reason
or information you provide, If the return is rejected by store, the product will
stay with you and no refund or exchange will be done. If the store approves the
return, then our courier partner will pick up the product from you and delivers
to the store/seller. Here the return delivery charge will be paid by the store.
Now the store can further physically verify the product and make a decision to
approve refund or exchange based on the request type from customer; or reject
the refund or exchange based on the store return policy. If the refund is
approved, then the store can pay the refund amount on the App and the amount
will be credited to you. Decision on refunds shall be at the store/seller sole
discretion and shall be final and binding. If exchange is approved, then the courier partner will
come and pick the new product and deliver to the customer. If rejected, the
courier partner will come and pick the same original purchased product and
deliver back to you. Delivery charges in the return scenarios will be borne by
the store/seller.
- The refund amount shall be
credited to your account within 3-4 business days in accordance with the terms
that may be stipulated by the bank which has issued the credit/debit card.
